Our architecture design office which specialist in bamboo architecture and green living concept is seeking a professional candidate to join our office as :

Architect

Responsible :

1. Full time position (trial period for 3 months)
2. Good knowledge and have skill in architecture field for 3-5 years
3. Willing to learn in bamboo architecture
4. Involve in design concept through construction drawings
5. Coordinating architecture drawings with structural, M&E, interior, landscape and others
6. Assist in reviewing design, design implementation/realization and checking all phase in construction phase
7. Handling various type of project
8. Have experience in Master Planning and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) for 3-5 years

Requirements:

1. Female/Male
2. Bachelor degree in Architecture (S1) from reputable university
3. Willing to learn in bamboo architecture
4. Can make an estimated price of the Building (BOQ/RAB)
5. Advanced level in AutoCAD 2D and 3D (Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDraw ,3Dmax , sketchup or other related design software are appreciated)
6. Highly motivated, able to work as an individual or in a team, trustworthy, highly responsible, able to work thoroughly, hard worker.
7. Willing to do site survey.
8. Interest in 3d modeling (making mock-up/ maquette)
9. Minimal Intermediate level in English oral & written.
10. Good communicator .Excellent hand sketching
