• - Possess good English
• - Bachelor degree or graduated from Hotel Management School
• - Minimum 3 years in a similar position
• - Computer literate and strong administrative skills
• - Capable to build a more efficient system operation and procedure
• - Strong Leadership and Training skills
• - Able to build an excellent team work
• - Has ability in counseling & negotiating
• - Problem solver
