1. GUEST SERVICE AGENT (GSA)

Qualification and Experience:

• Previous Front Office/Guest Service Supervisor experience necessary .
• Min. D2, prefer male.
• Customer service skills are a must, to make sure that customer receive proper treatment
• Duties range from providing assistance to guests, responding to comments, cashiering, monitor the occupancy, directing the marketing effort
• Manage and develop employee.
• Able to prepare the report and data to present to the higher level 

2. SENIOR SALES MANAGER

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
• Hard worker.
• Male or female
