Human Resources Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university (Master Degree will be an advantage)
• Min. 5 years of total working experience in HR function with min. 2 years of experience in managerial position
• Highly experienced in full spectrum of HR Management : organizational development, HR procedures & processes, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit, Indonesian labour law & regulation, industrial relations, recruitment, coaching & counselling
• Dynamic, result oriented, capable of achieving goals set by higher management
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
