With General Requirements :

• Have experience in similar position or supervisory level in 3,4, and 5 star hotels min.1 year;
• Good knowledge to all aspects of Human Resources Management, Indonesian Labour Law, and General Affair matters;
• Have strong personnel administration, good communication skill, coordinate and conduct hotel training program;
• Humble, honest, and good leadership;
• Able to work immediately.
